Dear Basu/ Prashanth

I am 24 years old and have been an active sportsman(basketball) all my life. I have been working out for the past couple of years and learning how strength conditioning helps athleticism and in turn makes you a better sportsman. After careful consideration i decided that i want to do my M.S in athletic training and sports science since its my field of interest. I have done my graduation and hold a BBA degree(business admin.). For me to be eligible for post grad. i will need to do some courses and get some relevant job ex. But I am very confused about which course should i Choose, ACE pt or ACSM cpt or NSCA cscs??
From the description of each the CSCS course seems to be more in line with my goals but I need your advice. Also i plan to do the course with BAR but i noticed there isn't a lot of info on the website about NCSA cscs and its official homepage suggests there are no exam centres in India . Please help
Regards,
Raoul Hirani

Agreed legs are important to train. But how do you teach the squat? How deep should one squat and is it okay to squat with a smith machine?

The future for trainers at the moment is on the threshold of the IT revolution that the Indian Job market witnessed a decade back. But again the key word now is professionalism and qualification which will help you to carve a niche place for yourself.
