Customer Service Tips
Customer service is an important part of any business that deals with paying clients. If your customers are unhappy with the service you provide, they will most likely take their business elsewhere. Use these tips or create your own to ensure your clients are completely satisfied with working with you. Client Service Tips for Trainers
- Supply articles on topics of interest to your client. Use hard copies/Internet.
- Help a client find a trainer in another city, and send the alternate trainer client information
- Provide workouts for traveling clients.
- Refer allied healthcare providers for clients.
- Pick up small equipment items for client at local fitness retailers.
- Send birthday, anniversary, and goal achievement cards.
- Make wake up calls before sessions
- Provide your client with a calendar or workout log with your company logo to record workouts
- Make follow-up phone calls on days off to assess physical state.
- If client is a runner, schedule races and participate with them.
- Meet with client’s healthcare provider for any special needs or requests
